Changes to HarvestLink Plans                                                                                                                                   HarvestLink reserves the right to change any of  the HarvestLink Web Site plans at any time.

Cancelation                                                                                                                                                             Thier is no contractual commitment when you use HarvestLink Web Site Service. HarvestLink or the customer can cancel service at anytime without any penalty.

Web Site Pricing                                                                                                                                                     HarvestLink will build you a Custom Web Sites for free and host it for only $10 per month.

Do I have to sign a contract for HarvestLink Web Site Service?
No, our service is month to month. There is no penalty to cancel.

Do I get any e-mail boxes with HarvestLink Web Site Service?                                                                           Email boxes are optional. We charge $1 per month for email boxes.

How do I setup my Outlook Express/Outlook to use with my new email box?                                                   You need to go into Outlook Express/Outlook. Go to your email account in your Tools tab and change both (POP and SMPT) mail servers to (mail.harvestlink.net). Put in your new username and change your password to (harvestlink).  You can change you password to whatever you like, but you would first need to change it in your HarvestLink email account.  To sign-in to your  HarvestLink email account go to (www.harvestlink.net/webmail).

Will Domain Names purchased at HarvestLink automatically renew?                                                                       It will renew automatically if you press the auto renewal option at signup.

How do I pay for Web Site Service?                                                                                                                      The Paypal credit card processing will deduct $10 each month from your credit card on the same day of your initial signup. We bill you annually for your email boxes.

Changes to my Web Site?                                                                                                                                          You can request changes at any time. We will charge a $10 fee to make minor changes in your Web Site after we complete the initial setup. Changes are usually completed within 7 to 10 days after receiving your request.

How do I setup my domain name for my Web Site?                                                                                                     You can purchase your Domain Name from HarvestLink for just $9.95 a year.  Domain Names  purchased at HarvestLink are automatically pointed toward our servers. If  you got your Domain Name from another provider, you need to go into your account management and point your Domain Name to our servers at:  ns367.websitewelcome.com  and  ns368.websitewelcome.com.  You can do this by going to your Domain Name Registra and in your login account go to manage Domain Names and point your Domain Name to our servers.
